According to ANN, Square Enix has sold over 30 million copies of Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist manga in Japan:

The promotional sleeve wrapper on the 19th volume of Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist manga announced that the series has sold over 30 million copies in Japan. Arakawa began drawing the "dark fantasy" manga in Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine in 2001, and Viz Media has been publishing the manga in North America.

topA new shoujo manga from Lovely Complex creator Aya Nakahara titled Nanakorobin (ナナコロビン) will begin in the March issue (2/13) of Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret.

A new manga called Broken Blood III (ブロッケンブラッドIII) by Shiono Kanjirouji is starting in Shonen Gahosha's Young King No.3 (1/12).

A new four-panel manga titled Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to (マンガ家さんとアシスタントさんと) from Hiroyuki, creator of Doujin Work, will begin serialization in the March issue (2/12) of Square Enix's Shonen Gangan. Also starting in the same issue is a new manga titled Tri-Piece (トライピース) by Tomoyuki Maru.

According to SaiAni, an announcement was made in the October issue of Square Enix's Gekkan G Fantasy that Switch by Naked Ape (Otoh Saki (story) and Tomomi Nakamura (art) will be adapted into an OAV as well as a stage show.

According to the latest Broccoli Books Blog, Square-Enix will attend this year's San Diego Comic-Con to promote their manga division. It is not clear at the moment whether Square-Enix will simply be promoting their Japan Division, or if there are plans to set up a new North American Manga Division,
