Shokotan to Create New Manga and Anime with FansAccording to The Hochi Shimbun, 22-year-old idol/seiyuu/singer Shoko Nakagawa, also known as Shokotan, will appear on a new television program called Woogie Boogie in Japan, where she and her fans will collaborate on a 4-koma (four-panel comics) and and an anime.
