ANN reports that four manga series are coming to an end in Japan:

  • Emma by Kaoru Mori in the February issue (1/12) of Enterbrain's Monthly Comic Beam.
  • Karin by Yuna Kagesaki in the February issue (1/9) of Fujimi Shobo's Dragon AGE.
  • Idolmaster Xenoglossia by Mairi Kurosaki in the March issue (1/26) of Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Comp Ace.
  • Advance of Zeta: The Flag of Titans by Tatsu Mizuki in the March issue (1/21) of MediaWorks' Monthly Dengeki Daioh

According to Ultimatum, Enterbrain's manga/novel magazine Magi-Cu (derived from Magical Cute) will cease publication after the release of volume 40 (on June 25th).

On March 14th, Enterbrain released a new magazine titled Otona Fami (Adult Famicom). The new magazine, aimed at people between the ages of 20 to 30, contains manga, game, and movies news/reviews, as well as Japanese pop culture reports from the 70s and 80s.

A new light novel label from Enterbrain called B's-LOG Bunko will start next month (14/10/2006). This label will be aimed at female audience, and there will be BL light novels published under this label.
